A History Worth Exploring

When you step through the door of the McGregor Historical Museum, you step back to the early days of McGregor. Discover how our town grew from a small ferry boat landing to a major shipping depot. Read stories of prominent McGregorites from town founder, Alexander MacGregor to successful entrepreneur, Diamond Jo Reynolds. View historical art exhibits, featuring Andrew Clemens’ sand bottles, Emma Big Bear’s baskets and Margery Goergen’s hand-colored photographs.
